Yes , October may as well just be called Halloween month - we have had Halloween parties, carnivals, playgroups ... and we haven't even been trick or treating yet!
I must admit when we first came to the USA we were a little sceptical of Halloween - I mean what are we celebrating really.... But we put that behind us now and just dress the children up, carve pumpkins, toast pumpkins seeds and make pumpkin soup. Traditions and memories...right?
