Mila and Julia are playing cars - I got Cheerios on sale and there are cars in the boxes! They spent a few seconds racing the cars and then Mila declared "Okay now it is time to play with them". Of course soon there was a mommy car and two baby cars. A few minutes later Mila tells me there are invisible fairies in her car.
"There are invisible fairies in my car too" Julia added hastily.
"Are there invisible fairies in Liam's car?" I asked. Julia picked it up and inspected it carefully, looking in the seats, then said matter of factly:
"Yes, but they are not invisible!"
Liam is 6 months old now and unless I change his nappy (diaper) right before he takes a nap in the afternoon, he pees through all his clothes. This happened yesterday and I felt so bad as I lifted him, saturated with urine from the crib. Then I couldn't help my excitement as I realised now I have to strip him naked .... what a wonderful cuddle opportunity!! There are few things as wonderful as squishing and kissing my cuddly little baby. I tell myself ,when moments like this go on for a long time (when I could be cleaning bathrooms or something) that my children will grow up and I will never regret taking time to play and cuddle - there will ALWAYS be a dirty bathroom to clean!!

That is one chunky monkey. You can almost reach out an grab a handful, ya know?
Sylvia, you are just one WONDERFUL daughter and mom to my grandchildren, and that is why I have always said: "You have your priorities right!" A house or a room will always need a cleaning but a child will not always be that specific age for a kiss and a cuddle and then that opportunity will be missed forever.
Love ya,
What a yummy child! No wonder you can't resist the opportunity to squish and kiss him :)
